Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NewJerseyCompPro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of Service
NewJerseyCompPro provides New Jersey property comps, ARV estimates, public records, and investor analytics for research purposes. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and not to scrape, resell, or redistribute the data without written permission.
You must not misuse the service, including by engaging in unlawful activity, fraud, spam, infringing the intellectual property of others, attempting to interfere with the security or integrity of the service (including malware, probing, or unauthorized scraping), or circumventing usage limits.
Data Accuracy
We work to keep our data accurate and up to date, but real estate data is inherently imperfect. Sale prices, ownership records, ARV estimates, and investor signals are provided 'as is' and may contain errors, omissions, or stale information.
You are responsible for verifying any data point before relying on it for a transaction.
Intellectual Property
The NewJerseyCompPro name, logo, design, software, and aggregated datasets are the property of LocaL Holdings LLC. All rights reserved.
Payments, Subscriptions, and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select) and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until canceled. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which Paddle will calculate and collect where required.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting Paddle at paddle.net. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription will not renew.
For full payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms and our Refund Policy.

Use of the service does not create any agent, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and NewJerseyCompPro or LocaL Holdings LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you materially breach these Terms; (b) your account is past due or payment fails; (c) we reasonably believe your use poses a security, fraud, or legal risk to us or other users; or (d) you engage in repeated or serious violations of our policies.
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends, and any provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
